Had my first car buying experience here. Tony was amazing! Straightforward process and he was so kind. I was really impressed he wore his mask the entire time he interacted with myself and my 80+ year old stepfather (it was a hot day). We were there for about 2/3 hours. Because of my stepfather's age, I really appreciated the extra care he took. Ask for Tony so you can get awesome customer service, too!
I visited the Toyota Dealership on Western in search of a newer car than my 2003 Toyota Rav4. When I was directed to Otto, the Toyota agent, I knew I was in good hands. Otto provided high quality customer service, and I was extremely pleased with his warm hospitality and his commitment to making sure I received the best deal (warranties, car maintenance) as a first-time buyer. He walked my dad and I through the entire process, and I ended up driving away with a brand new 2020 Toyota Rav4 with all smiles!

Toyota on Western has become my go-to source for just about all of my automotive needs. I originally claimed my first used vehicle (2016 Toyota Corolla) from this dealer through the help of a friendly, competent, and dedicated sales rep by the name of Otto. That Corolla gave me no trouble whatsoever and was a pleasure to drive (though the police and their speed-measuring devices might not share the same opinion).

I currently purchase my wife first car out the dealership my cousin Alexis it's the best salesman ever in Toyota. He helps you out and answers your questions the right way they supposed to be answered. If you ask me if I would ever go back to Toyota On Western? Yes!!! I Will because they got nothing but the best deals on cars in the south side of Chicago!
